Go Nuts Donuts
Looks like Go Nuts Donuts have also succumbed to cupcake fad! You can now avail them at Php35 each, lesser if you order more. Well, they actually say that they were really initially planning to make cupcakes rather than donuts, but it took them a longer time to develop the perfect recipe, thus launching their donuts line ahead before their cupcakes (as told by someone working at Go Nuts Donuts). I dunno if this is just in defense of being tagged as going along with the cupcake fad or there really is some truth into this. Looks like everybody is into this cupcake thing…Brownies Unlimited has it and even Mrs Fields have their own cupcake version!
Anyways, Go Nuts Donuts may be a little too sweet for my taste. Their honey-glazed ones is enough sweetness for me. But after seeing their display of cupcakes, I knew i just had to try them! It was a bit hard picking which one to try out. I ended up picking Hazel Nut Crunch, Strawberry Shortcake, and Scream Cheese. The latter 2 had fillings inside. They’re actually quite good. Well, atleast their toppings didn’t taste too buttery like Brownies Unlimited.
