Mrs Fields Cookie Cafe
Last night I attended the Blog and Soul Launch and the Second Coming of Mrs. Fields at Mrs Fields, Manila Pavilion. The place is actually the 2nd cookie cafe by Mrs Fields here in the country, the first one being in Trinoma (near the cinemas). This 2nd branch is yet to officially open on September 1, so watch out for it!
Php 70 for half a dozen nibblers
Jayvee had a small talk about the Blog and Soul Movement. It’s actually a 3-year movement which would feature blogger-centric community events just like this event and the food critic writing workshop. These types of events would surely help make blogging a relevant part of local media. He ended his talk with this caption: “If you blog it, it will come!”

They served some pasta and mini burgers after. Mrs Fields went out of their way to give us samples of their products like their cookies, brownies, and gelato ice cream. I must say, I was stuffed!
