Last week, me and my hunnie wanted to try out other buffet restaurants. Amongst the other restaurants in Trinoma, we settled for Cabalen. A word of advice when eating here, try going early or else you might not be able to taste all their offerings. If ever you do, they may not be as fresh anymore. I wouldn’t expound anymore. The experience was actually a little disappointing for us and wasn’t worth Php350 (plus tax!).
Oh well. Any other suggestions of buffet restaurants?
Kare-kare
Tempura
Krispy Kangkong
Maki, Pad Thai, Pritson…
Siomai
I just love buffets not because I want to eat in volume but because I enjoy the variety of what I can taste. My taste buds just don’t like monotony.
Besides Paseo Uno, we also usually frequent Kamay Kainan, which is actually a cheaper choice since it only costs Php244 per person. They serve mostly Filipino dishes. So in case you have balikbayan relatives or friends, this is a great place to bring them so that they can reacquaint themselves with our native dishes. It saves a lot of hassle, rather than prepare those dishes yourself. By the way, don’t forget to request for their sizzling sisig. They don’t usually serve it unless ordered.
Anyway, here are some photos from our visit last week.
